Our lamb meat is marketed under the name Texas Dorper Lamb, LLC.  Our stock come from the proven genetics of Texas- and National-prize winning ancestry.  We place a high value on sustainability and good stewardship from farm to fork. Each and every one of our farm management processes has been selected to produce our superior quality, all natural lamb meat, and we treat every lamb like it's the next one we'd be proud to serve to our family and yours.
