The Pearl Farmers' Market

Shop for locally grown meat and produce on the grounds of the historic Pearl Brewery, now the site of the Culinary Institute of America in downtown San Antonio. Market hours are 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, rain or shine!

Consistently high quality doesn't just happen... It takes selecting the right breed of sheep, developed to produce the highest carcass qualities of flavor, tenderness and meat/bone ratio. It also requires providing the right environment and space to thrive without over-managing. The Dorper Sheep is ideal for the climate and terrain of the Texas Hill Country.
